Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee adds surgeon

Sports medicine surgeon Matthew Anderson, MD, has joined the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee, according to a Sept. 21 report by the Williamson Herald.

Dr. Anderson has written numerous articles on ACL reconstruction surgeries, Tommy John elbow surgery, shoulder instability and shoulder replacements. 

He also serves as a team physician for the Premier Lacrosse League and U.S. Ski and Snowboard. 

The Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee, based in Franklin, supports five locations in Williamson county, according to its website.
