The partnership will bring more medical specialists to the Beloit community, according to the report.

Surgeons specializing in spine surgery and hip replacements will now provide care in Beloit.

The new orthopedic center has also added Derek Damrow, MD, an upper extremity orthopedic surgeon, to the team. He will begin seeing patients in Beloit in August and provide surgeries at Beloit Memorial Hospital and NorthPointe Ambulatory Surgery Center in Roscoe, Ill.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
