Houston, Texas-based Baylor Medicine Orthopedics and Sports Medicine has opened a new clinic in Sugar Land.
The site offers treatment for general orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and foot and ankle disorders. The care team includes orthopedic surgeons Michael Maier, MD, and Pooja Prabhakar, MD, along with John Teal, PA-C, physician assistant and instructor at Baylor College of Medicine, according to an Oct. 23 system news release.
The clinic provides both surgical and nonsurgical care for injuries affecting bones, joints, ligaments and muscles, as well as rehabilitation and injury-prevention services.
