Here are four notes:
1. Last year, the campaign received 2,000 pairs of donated shoes. At its inception in 2004, 200 pairs were donated to the campaign.
2. Shoe donations for 2019 will be accepted starting in January, with final shoe drop-offs scheduled for the end of March.
3. Baldwin Bone & Joint will award cash prizes to the top three Mobile, Ala. and Baldwin, Ala. county schools that collect and donate the most shoes.
4. The orthopedic practice comprises eight physicians whose specialties include sports medicine as well as shoulder, knee, foot and ankle conditions.
