Scottsdale, Ariz.–based AZBSC Spine & Orthopedics has added David Prior, MD, a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon, as a provider in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas, according to an Aug. 11 isStories report.
Dr. Prior offers a range of treatments for spinal disorders, including spinal fusion, spinal cord surgery, stimulator implants and laminectomies, using advanced and minimally invasive techniques. He manages conditions such as back and neck pain, disc degeneration, scoliosis, spinal fractures and tumors. He also performs revision and reconstructive spine surgeries.
Dr. Prior earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo. He then completed a spine surgery fellowship at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, Calif.
