Bruce Ziran, MD, joined Atlanta Orthopaedic Institute.
He is an internationally recognized orthopedic trauma surgeon with more than 30 years of experience, according to a July 17 news release shared with Becker’s. His expertise includes complex fractures and polytrauma management, osteomyelitis and bone infections and limb lengthening.
His leadership career includes the roles of director of orthopedic trauma at multiple Level 1 centers, examiner for the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and founder of the Atlanta Orthopaedic Symposium.
“Dr. Ziran represents the gold standard in orthopedic trauma surgery,” Raj Pandya, MD, founder and CEO of AOI, said in the release. “His dedication to surgical precision and innovation will further strengthen our mission to provide exceptional care for even the most complex orthopedic conditions.”
He earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, and he completed his residency at the University of California Davis.
