Three things to know:
1. Dr. Rhomberg brings 20-plus years of clinical experience to the table, including 15 years in the Fort Smith, Ark., area.
2. Early in his orthopedic surgery career, Dr. Rhomberg practiced at the Naval Hospital in Bremerton, Wash. He is a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy.
3. Bringing Dr. Rhomberg on board enables NPMC to continue offering same-day appointments, according to Kelly Keys, executive market director of National Park Physician Services.
