Arizona Sports Medicine Center celebrates 10 years of patient care

Scottsdale-based Arizona Sports Medicine Center is celebrating 10 years of orthopedic and sports medicine care.

The center was established by Gary Waslewski, MD; Douglas Freedberg, MD; and Charles Peterson, MD, in 2004. It has since grown to a practice of six partnering physicians, who focus on arthroscopic and minimally invasive procedures for the knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, elbow as well as sports injury care. The practice also includes a location in Mesa, Ariz.
