Meredith Neal, MD, an orthopedic and joint replacement surgeon, is set to join Appalachian Orthopedics.
Dr. Neal has a focus on knee and hip replacements, minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures, fracture treatment and sports medicine, according to a news release from the practice.
Starting Sept. 2, Dr. Neal will see patients at Appalachian Orthopedics’ locations in Elizabethton and Johnson City, Tenn., locations.
Dr. Neal completed an adult reconstruction fellowship at Ascension Sacred Heart in Pensacola, Fla., the release said.
