Here are five points:

1. Intralign aims to help hospitals take better control of the episodes of care via a unique combination of clinical and operational tools.

2. Through the partnership, Amerinet members can use Intralign’s Bundle Payment Program, OR Optimization Program, Rep-less OR Program and Total Joint Arthroplasty Optimization Program. The programs help members prepare for the value-based payment system and healthcare reform that the CMS will implement in January 2016.

3. Additionally, Amerinet members will have access to Intralign’s solutions at a discounted price. Amerinet has more than 3,500 facilities throughout the United States.

4. Intralign has partnered with approximately 200 hospitals around the nation to give solutions to the challenges associated with bundled payments and other healthcare reform initiatives.

5. “Amerinet has a strong focus on truly addressing reform challenges through comprehensive solutions. Intralign was founded to provide just that. This will become a very strong partnership,” said Rick Ferreira, CEO and president, Intralign.
