4. William H. Seitz Jr., MD, Cleveland Clinic (immediate past president)

 

5. Julie E. Adams, MD, University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. (member-at-large)

 

6. Steven L. Moran, MD, Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. (member-at-large)

 

7. Jeffrey A. Greenberg, MD, Indiana Hand Center in Indianapolis (practice division director)
