American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society names Dr. Bruce Sangeorzan president

The American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society named Bruce J. Sangeorzan, MD, president.

Dr. Sangeorzan is a professor of orthopedics and sports medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle. He also serves as director for the RR&D Center for Excellence in Limb Loss Prevention and Prosthetic Engineering for the Department of Veterans Affairs, also in Seattle, and he is a deputy editor of the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.
