The award honors entrepreneurs who have positively contributed to their communities and their companies’ success, recognized across categories such as societal impact, innovation and future vision, according to the institute.
Dr. Domb dedicated the award to his company and staff: “Their dedication to excellence has helped alleviate the suffering of innumerable patients and has helped move our field forward,” he said in a news release from the Chicago-based institute.
Founded by Dr. Domb in 2012, the institute specializes exclusively in hip injury treatment and surgeries, also offering an orthopedic device incubator, three ASCs and physical therapy services.
At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
