Allegan General Hospital welcomes orthopedic surgeon

Orthopedic surgeon Christopher Koziara, MD, joined Allegan (Mich.) General Hospital, according to The Holland Sentinel.

Dr. Koziara received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and underwent foot and ankle surgery fellowship training at the Michigan International Foot and Ankle Center in Pontiac.

Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Koziara worked as an engineer for six years in the auto industry, where he was the co-inventor of three U.S. patents.
