Ms. Smith joins the practice from Central Florida where she served as the AdventHealth Central Florida and AdventHealth East Florida Division System director of spine surgical services and neurocritical care.
She also served as a neurocritical care nurse manager at AdventHealth Orlando, having 14 years of experience leading and managing neuroscience lines.
Ms. Smith also achieved the first DNV Orthopedic & Spine Center of Excellence designations in Florida across three hospital programs.
