Here are four things to know:
1. The specialists emphasize the importance of staying hydrated. The Institute of Medicine recommends men drink 13 cups of water daily and women drink nine cups of water daily.
2. Stay on top of physical activity, exercising at least two hours and 30 minutes weekly.
3. Sleep well, putting in at least seven hours to nine hours each night.
4. The Institute offers orthopedic, weight management, sports medicine and pain management services.
