Matthew E. Levy, MD, was named president of the Academy of Medicine of Cleveland Northern Ohio, according to a Cleveland Jewish News report.

1. Dr. Levy is an orthopedic surgeon at Cleveland-based St. Vincent Charity Medical Center.

 

2. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons and Arthroscopy Society of North America.

 

3. He focuses on joint replacement and fracture care.

 

4. He also completed his sports medicine fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
