AAOS makes Chicago Tribune’s 2020 ‘top workplace’ list

The Chicago Tribune has recognized the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons in its annual Top Workplaces 2020 rankings.

Three things to know:

1. The survey is based on anonymous employee feedback surveys that considered 15 drivers of engaged cultures, including alignment, execution and connection.

2. AAOS has more than 39,000 members, making it the largest medical association of musculoskeletal specialists, according to a Nov. 2 news release.

3. Salesforce, a cloud-based software company, topped the list.
