93K-square-foot Rush Orthopedic building sold

A 93,386-square-foot medical building in Oak Brook, Ill., 99% leased to Rush University System for Health has sold, according to a Nov. 15 report from Boston Real Estate Times

The three-story building and ASC was built in 2018 and has a long-term lease with Rush and Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush. 

The building also houses 20 other outpatient specialties, including pain management, gastroenterology and neurosurgery. 

The building’s ASC comprises six operating rooms, two procedure rooms and 28 patient bays. The facility was acquired by joint venture partners Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate.
