AdventHealth Hendersonville earns advanced hip, knee certification

AdventHealth Hendersonville (N.C.) has received advanced hip and knee replacement certification from DNV.

The certification underscores the hospital’s commitment to orthopedic surgery excellence, especially in hip and knee arthroplasty and related procedures, according to a Jan. 23 news release. 

Requirements for certification are informed by the ERAS Society Orthopaedic guidelines, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons’ guidelines and relevant CMS Conditions of Participation for Hospitals.
