The implant is designed to match natural humeral anatomy and integrates with Zimmer Biomet’s Identity humeral heads, according to a news release. It has fins that create a press-fit during insertion and contain fully porous windows. The system comes in a single instrument tray to fit in a variety of settings.
It will be commercially available in the first quarter of 2025.
