Resurgens Orthopaedics adds 2 surgeons

Atllanta-based Resurgens Orthopaedics added two orthopedic surgeons to its team, according to a Nov. 5 news release shared with Becker’s.

Wendell Cole, MD, specializes in shoulder, elbow, hip and knee treatments. He earned his medical degree at Atlanta-based Morehouse School of Medicine and completed his residency at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. 

Jared Shoops, MD, is a hand and upper extremity specialist. He earned his medical degree at Mercer (Ga.) University School of Medicine, and he completed his residency at WellStar Atlanta Medical Center in Atlanta. 

Both surgeons are seeing patients at Resurgens’ Johns Creek office in Suwanee, Ga.
