Dr. Smith will see patients at the group’s Flagstaff, Kingman and Cottonwood, Ariz., locations. He earned his medical degree at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City and completed his residency at Oregon Health & Science University Hospital in Portland.
