Johnson & Johnson's CEO Joaquin Duato's total compensation was about $28.4 million in 2023, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission proxy filing.

The company's March 13 filing revealed the compensation packages for five executives from 2021 to 2023. Compensation packages include salary, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation and other forms of pay.

Here's what each executive made during that time:

2023: $28.4 million

2022: $13.1 million

2021: $13.8 million

Joseph Wolk, executive vice president and CFO

2023: $14 million

2022: $8.8 million

2021: $11 million

Jennifer Taubert, executive vice president and worldwide chair of pharmaceuticals

2023: $11 million

2022: $8.8 million

2021: $10.2 million

Ashley McEvoy, former executive vice president and worldwide chair of MedTech

2023: $9.4 million

2022: $7.4 million

John Reed, MD, PhD. executive vice president of innovative medicine and research and development

2023: $20.6 million

Peter Fasolo, executive vice president, chief human resources officer

2023: $7.5 million
