Zimmer Biomet's new CEO, Ivan Tornos, earned $10.2 million in total compensation in 2023, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission proxy filing.

The devicemaker's March 27 filing revealed the compensation packages for five executives from 2021 to 2023. Compensation packages include salary, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation, bonuses and other pay.
