The hospital is 58,000 square feet and next to Parkview’s emergency services building. The facility was originally slated to open in April, but supply chain and pandemic issues delayed plans.

Four orthopedic surgeons and a podiatrist will be among the 92 employees on staff at the hospital that will have six operating rooms.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
