1. Ms. Storms has served as a president of DePuy Synthes, Johnson & Johnson’s orthopedic company, since April 2023.

2. Prior to her current role, Ms. Storms served as the U.S. president of Ethicon, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson that manufactures surgical sutures and wound closure devices.

3. She has held multiple leadership positions within Johnson & Johnson for 15 years.
