This year, four health systems with a focus exclusively on musculoskeletal care were crowned top facilities for patient experience in 2023.
The patient experience award winners include Irvine, Calif.-based Hoag Orthopedic Institute, New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery, Oklahoma City-based McBride Clinic Orthopedic Hospital and Springfield-based Orthopaedic Surgery Center of Illinois.
The facilities were among 97 hospitals and systems earning top honors for patient experience.
