Ground was broken on the facility in July, with a completion date set for early 2025. Additionally, at the time of groundbreaking, the facility was expected to cost about $60 million.
Now, clinic officials believe the project will come in at “much less” than $30 million, as the ASC’s size was reduced from 103,000 to just under 83,000 square feet. Additionally, the project could be completed as early as 2024, according to new projections.
