Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center adds to orthopedics team

Niagara Falls (N.Y.) Memorial Medical Center has added Erik Freeland, DO, to its orthopedics team.

Dr. Freeland specializes in both the operative and nonoperative treatment of foot and ankle disorders, according to a Sept. 26 news release from the hospital. 

Dr. Freeland previously served as an orthopedic surgeon, division head of foot and ankle and assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, N.J. 

He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society, the release said.
