Ben Mayo, MD, joined Mendelson Kornblum Orthopedics Spine and Pain Specialists in Troy, Mich., the practice said Aug. 30.
He focuses on complex shoulder and knee conditions, and he treats patients of all ages, according to a news release.
Dr. Mayo has more than 50 peer-reviewed articles and specializes in more than 30 complex shoulder, hip, knee and elbow procedures.
Dr. Mayo earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago and completed his residency at the University of Illinois Chicago.
