Chris Coetzee, MD, operated on Pittsburgh Penguins forward Jake Guentzel on Aug. 2, the team said.
Mr. Guentzel had surgery on his right ankle, and he is expected to be reevaluated in 12 weeks, according to a news release.
Dr. Coetzee performed the case at Twin Cities Orthopedics in Eagan, Minn.
