Charlotte, N.C.-based OrthoCarolina has partnered with Calm Waters AI to integrate its evaluation and management coding artificial intelligence program.
The program, Calm EM, allows physicians to spend more time on providing care to patients by standardizing the evaluation and management process, according to a May 15 news release from Calm Waters.
The AI increases speed, order and compliance of evaluation and management coding, reducing audit risk.
OrthoCarolina has more than 300 providers and more than one million patient visits each year across North Carolina and South Carolina.
