Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance partners with new price transparency platform

Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance has partnered with price transparency platform HealthMe to give its patients access to healthcare at an upfront and bundled price.

HealthMe offers a digital marketplace and payment tools for direct-pay patients seeking services including office visits, procedures and imaging studies, according to a May 3 press release. 

Kansas City Orthopedic has more than 60 providers at six locations across the state, providing a full range of orthopedic services. 

HealthMe will offer Kansas City Orthopedic direct-pay patients an automated good faith estimate so they understand costs associated with care in advance.
