Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg (Va.) received advanced hip and knee replacement certification from the DNV, a global certification, assurance and risk management provider.
The hospital is the first in the state to have the DNV certification, according to an April 25 news release from Riverside Health System.
Riverside Health System has four acute care hospitals across Virginia and provides care to more than two million patients each year, according to its website.
