Below is a list of 10 sports medicine leaders who have made a positive impact on their organizations and have their sights set on future growth.

Craig Mintzer, MD. Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute (Fla.). Dr. Mintzer is a sports medicine and orthopedic surgeon at Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute. He specializes in knee and shoulder arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Mintzer also serves as chief medical officer and head orthopedic surgeon for Orlando City Soccer Club of Major League Soccer and the Orlando Pride of the National Women's Soccer League.

Anne-Marie Moore, MD. HealthPartners (Bloomington, Minn.). Dr. Moore is a sports medicine specialist. She has also served as team physician for the Minnesota Whitecaps, a professional women's hockey team. Dr. Moore is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine. 

Andrew Porter, DO. Ascension Via Christi (Wichita, Kan.). Dr. Porter is a sports medicine specialist at Ascension Via Christi. He has more than 18 years of experience in the field. Dr. Porter also previously served as a physician for the U.S. Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom. 

Andrew Bries, MD. ORA Orthopedics (Bettendorf, Iowa). Dr. Bries is an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist at Genesis Medical Center. He specializes in shoulder, knee and hip arthroplasty as well as robotic joint replacement. Dr. Bries is also a member of the American Medical Association, the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Association of Sports Medicine. 

Anthony Beutler, MD. Intermountain Healthcare (Murray, Utah). Dr. Beutler is a sports medicine specialist at Intermountain Healthcare. He is the associate medical director for the sports medicine fellowship at Intermountain Healthcare. Dr. Beutler also serves as a team physician for Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. 

Michael Jablonski, MD. Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute (Fla.). Dr. Jablonski is the president of Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute. He specializes in knee and shoulder care, joint replacements and sports medicine. Dr. Jablonski is also the team physician for the University of Central Florida Athletics in Orlando.

Anthony Martin, MD. Atrium Health (Charlotte, N.C.). Dr. Martin is a sports medicine specialist at Atrium Health. He specializes in regenerative medicine, combat sports medicine and arthritis. Dr. Martin also serves as the associate program director of the sports medicine fellowship at the Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute. 

Anthony Yu, MD. Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, Calif.). Dr. Yu is an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist at Kaiser Permanente. He specializes in knee and shoulder arthroscopic, ACL reconstruction and meniscus surgery. Dr. Yu is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. 

Arun Ramappa, MD. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (Boston). Dr. Ramappa is the chief of sports medicine and shoulder surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He has clinical interests in arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgeries, ACL injuries, and rotator cuff reconstructions. Dr. Ramappa also serves as an associate professor of orthopedic surgery at Harvard Medical School in Boston. 

Ashwin Rao, MD. University of Washington Medical Center (Seattle). Dr. Rao is a sports medicine specialist at the University of Washington Medical Center. He also serves as a professor of family medicine at the university's school of medicine. Dr. Rao is team physician for the University of Washington athletic program.
