Dr. Harter specializes in shoulder and elbow surgery, according to a news release shared with Becker’s March 17. He previously was a professor at Morgantown-based West Virginia University and chief of shoulder and elbow care at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa.
He earned his medical degree at West Virginia University and completed his residency at Geisinger Medical Center.
Dr. Harter is seeing Florida patients at Rosner Family Health and Wellness Center in Vero Beach.
