Rothman Orthopaedics, AdventHealth partners with Orlando Magic

Philadelphia-based Rothman Orthopaedics and Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth inked a partnership with the Orlando Magic NBA team.

Under the partnership, Luke Oh, MD, will serve as the team’s head orthopedic surgeon, and Harrison Youmans, MD, will be the head primary care physician, Rothman said in a Jan. 19 news release. 

Dr. Oh’s practice will be based at Rothman’s office within the AdventHealth Training Center, and he will serve as medical director of orthopedic sports medicine for AdventHealth Orthopedic Institute. Dr. Youmans has experience working with other sports teams including Orlando City Soccer Club, the Atlanta Braves and was a consultant for World Wrestling Entertainment.

Rothman and AdventHealth go back as the orthopedic practice partnered with the health system began its expansion in Florida.
