Portneuf Medical Center partners with Idaho State University for sports medicine

Idaho State University Athletics and Portneuf Medical Center, both in Pocatello, have partnered for sports medicine, according to a Jan. 4 news releases shared in The Idaho State Journal.

Under the partnership, the hospital will provide care to Idaho State University athletes. The sports medicine team will collaborate with Phil Van De Griend, MD, director of sports medicine for Idaho State University Athletics.

In 2022, Portneuf Medical Center acquired Pocatello-based OrthoIdaho.
