David Porter, MD, completed the initial and follow-up surgeries on Mr. Holmgren for a Lisfranc injury at Carmel, Ind.-based Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics.
The second surgery is a scheduled part of Mr. Holgren’s rehabilitation. He is expected to return for the 2023-2024 season.
