St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Bayfront Health has teamed up with three medical specialists, including All Florida Orthopedic Associates, to build a four-story, 132,000-square-foot medical office building according to a Nov. 15 report from St. Pete Rising.
Other partners on the project include Clearwater-based Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute and Tampa-based Women’s Care.
The building is expected to open in spring 2025 under the leadership of Orlando Health, which acquired Bayfront in 2020.
