Watford City, N.D.-based McKenzie County Healthcare Systems has partnered with Allcheck Medical Clinic to offer orthopedic services at Allcheck's Sidney, Mont., clinic, according to a Nov. 1 report from the Sidney Herald.
McKenzie clinicians Ravindra Joshi, MD, and board-certified family nurse practitioner Angela Ekblad, will begin seeing patients in Montana on Dec. 1. They will perform injections, evaluations, surgical assessments and post-operative follow-up at the Sidney clinic, while surgical procedures will be performed in nearby Watford City.
"We are excited about this collaboration and opportunity to offer more specialty services to our patients. It is difficult for people to travel great distances for assessments, especially if you're already experiencing pain. Our goal is to provide an increased level of access to our patients with the professional caliber delivered by Dr. Joshi and Angela," Janette McCollum, owner of Allcheck, told the Herald.
