Mr. Englehart was one of the founders of AOP when the practice started in 2020, according to a Sept. 22 news release from USHV. He helped grow the practice’s footprint and establish a value-based care model.
He has multiple past roles in healthcare leadership, including CEO of Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest, Ill.
USHV provides support services to cardiovascular physician practices.
