Mr. Calafiore stepped down from NuVasive in August. He was chosen to lead LimaCorporate by its board of directors, according to a Sept. 12 company news release.
Emmanuel Bonhomme, who was LimaCorporate’s interim CEO, will be the company’s chief commercial officer.
