The practice operates in a 36,000-square-foot building. The new facility will give the practice 50 exam rooms, which will allow it to recruit more physicians.

The building will also include an MRI suite and a separate physical therapy suite managed by St. Louis-based Ascension healthcare system.

Construction is expected to be completed in March 2023.
