1. Norman Waldrop, MD, recently performed foot surgery on WWE star Javier Bernal, who plans to be out of the ring for six months to recover. Dr. Waldrop performed the procedure at Birmingham, Ala.-based Andrews Sports Medicine, where he works as a provider.
2. Andrew Cordover, MD, performed neck fusion surgery on WWE star Erik of the Viking Raiders, whose real name is Raymond Rowe. Dr. Cordover is a physician at Andrews Sports Medicine.
3. Jeffrey Dugas, MD, serves as the associate medical director for the WWE, often providing care for big names in the ring, including John Cena.
4. Chris Robinson, DO, serves as a ringside physician for the WWE. He joined the organization in December 2015.
5. Jeff Westerfield, MD, serves as a ringside physician for the WWE, primarily for the NXT brand and the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Fla. He has been with the organization since 2016.
