5 spine, orthopedic leadership moves

There have been five key leadership appointments in the spine and orthopedic sphere during the first week of December.

1. New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery named Christopher Dunleavy as CFO.

2. Somerville, Mass.-based Mass General Brigham named Mitchel Harris, MD, as chair of orthopedic surgery.

3. Zavation, a spine device company, named Lane Major as CEO.

4. Carmel, Ind.-based Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics named Angie Stevenson as its CEO. 

5. Tim Corvino, MD, was named CEO of Orthopedic Care Partners.
