5 Franciscan Physician Network orthopedic surgeons join Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics

Five orthopedic surgeons who previously worked at Franciscan Physician Network in Hammond, Ind., will begin providing care at Carmel, Ind.-based Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics on May 1. 

Forté currently has five locations across the state and will expand its offerings with the new providers, who all have different subspecialties, according to an April 30 press release. 

The new physicians include Sean Calloway, MD, Kelly Graner, MD, Patrick Laboe, MD, Toni Lin, MD, and Greg Slabaugh, MD. 

Forté’s current physicians will continue practicing at the Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics at the Center for Hip and Knee Surgery, which is located at Franciscan Health Mooresville.
