Orthopedic urgent care services are available at The CORE Institute’s nine Arizona clinics, as well as one clinic in Michigan.

Each “Urgent Ortho” site has X-ray, casting, splinting and suture capabilities. No appointment is necessary.

“As the number of COVID-19 cases is likely to grow, hospitals will need to dedicate more specialists, equipment and hospital beds to these patients,” The CORE Institute CEO David Jacofsky, MD, said in a statement on the practice’s website. “By treating patients with orthopedic needs in our clinics and not in the hospital emergency rooms, we can help them conserve these invaluable resources and simultaneously protect patients.”
