Philadelphia-based Rothman Orthopaedic Institute opened a new Florida clinic in September as part of its partnership with Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based healthcare system AdventHealth. Rothman’s Florida Institute serves patients at several locations across the state. Here are four things to know about the practice:
1. Rothman has over 20 locations throughout the state.
2. Rothman Florida treats patients with a Mako Robotic arm.
3. Rothman serves three professional sports teams in Florida, including the Orlando Magic, the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
4. The new Winter Garden location sees about 80 to 100 patients daily.
